The Platform is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you access the Platform, whichever is higher) to access or use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must leave immediately and must not provide any personal data.
You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your circumstances. You must not use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
(i) “Services” means time spent by two consenting adults together, for which one party may receive a gift or a monetary donation, or not.
(ii) “Advertising” means the promotional placement and display of listings and related content purchased by individuals and agencies (together, “Advertisers”).
(iii) “Agency” means any person or entity placing Advertising on behalf of a third party.
While we may apply basic controls intended to reduce abuse, DUBAICOMPANIONS makes no warranty that listings are accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on a listing is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable UAE law, DUBAICOMPANIONS disclaims liability for actions, decisions, or outcomes arising from your use of, or reliance upon, listings or content on the Platform.
DUBAICOMPANIONS does not benefit from, negotiate, or participate in any transaction between advertisers and users. We sell advertising services only. Any arrangements, communications, or interactions between users and advertisers are solely between those parties.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Any activity that contravenes these Terms may result in immediate removal or termination of Advertising, without refund for remaining time, where applicable.
We may offer paid advertising features (for example, credits, premium placement, or highlighted listings). Where refunds are available, they are limited as follows:
If a refund is granted, it will be processed using the original payment method where feasible, subject to provider rules and any applicable fees.
We may (but are not obliged to) remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or create legal exposure. We may also suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our discretion to protect the Platform, users, advertisers, or our legal interests.
The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to DUBAICOMPANIONS and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, DUBAICOMPANIONS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid by you to DUBAICOMPANIONS for the specific advertising service that gave rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DUBAICOMPANIONS from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your content, your Advertising, your use of the Platform, or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page. If you continue to use the Platform after changes are posted, you are deemed to accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
